Shipping: We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) to within the 48 contiguous United States.  At this time we do not ship outside the 48 contiguous United States. Please note that any orders that drop ship directly from a manufacturer, transit time will vary depending on warehouse.

Sales Tax: Sales Tax must be collected for all orders shipped to Michigan.

Damaged items: Always inspect deliveries before signing the delivery receipt.  Contact us if your shipment is damaged.  We will work with you and the shipper to resolve.

Returns: If you are unsatisfied with an item you ordered from us, contact us for a return form and directions.  Once you receive the return form, return item(s) to us in new, unused condition within 15 days of when you received your order.   Unauthorized returns, refused items, and returns received after 30 days are subject to a restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.  We will issue a credit, refund or replacement for items returned to us following our return policy. All returns must be sent freight prepaid, tracking number, and insured.

Contact us if you have questions, we understand that sometimes there are extenuating circumstances.  Items requiring refrigeration such as vaccines and other biologicals, are non-returnable. Special Ordered products are non-returnable

Substitute items: Occasionally we will ship an item of equal quality and value that may not match the item pictured exactly.  This is done to maintain or lower pricing, providing you the best product for the best price.
